The association exists to serve you. Whether you are a congregation, a pastor, or a layman in a church, we would love the opportunity to fulfill our mission by helping you to fullfill your mission!
AIM Conferences and CampsThe Association sponsors an association wide conference annually, as well as regional conferences. These are times of inspiration, as well as training for churches, pastors, and laypeople. In addition, the association sponsors an excellent youth camp program that are open to all. |
|
Worldwide OutreachThe association has close working relationships with several mission agencies, and has church members and pastors serving around the world. In addition to helping to get missionaries on the field, the association can help your church get more involved in missions and extend the influence of your church (and you personally) beyond your community. |

Assistance to Churches in Finding PastorsOne key way the associations helps churches is by helping them locate qualified, trained, Spirit-led pastors. If your church is without a pastor and could use help locating suitable candidates, we'd love to talk with you. We can help your congregation get a clearer understanding of the type of pastor you need, and can help connect you with pastors who would be a good match for your church. |

Resources for You and Your ChurchAt the AIM office we have many resources, tapes, training kits, and books that can help your church develop its ministries. We have consultants that we have worked with and recommend highly to help in the area of church growth and health, assisting a "turn around" church, or a church restart, and proven models to use in church planting. Contact us so we can learn more about your needs and how we can serve you. |

Connecting Pastors and CongregationsIf you are a pastor and are currently without a church (or are considering a ministry move), we may be able to help you. Look over the association beliefs and practices, and if you think we may be compatible, we would like to talk with you. We can connect you with congregations that are looking for pastors and staff, and we know how to help with these transitions. |
